6Ps: Summer and 13

Summer and 13...............

Celebrating the change from winter to summer is one of lifes pleasures. On the mid North coast we are in summer mode and the swell has been just fine. The water temperature has increased and the steamers are being moth balled for next year.....as the rhythm of seasons, animals and surfers continues.

13 is being prepared for its release in early 2013. This movie will be full length and show the delights of surfing from a truly Australian perspective. It will feature well known surfers from across all genres. Locations of breathtaking Australian seascape and colour. The 6Ps team is excited about this nearly 2 years in the making adventure and look forward to including all the 6Ps followers in its free to view format.

The sights and smell of summer are imminent and are like the rejuvenation of all things good. The whales are heading south again and waving goodbye to their human friends as they travel with their calves to eat back in their colder southern ocean.

The birds have been full of early morning singing, some of which I am sure is meant to awaken us from our winter slumber.

And seriously good looking women are once again adorning their bikins to capture some warm sun.

The dolphins are beginning to enjoy the pre summer surf and have been seen catching a few close outs with their ever present smiles.

It doesn't matter what sort of surf craft you get out there on, just get out there. Stop and sit in the ocean, feel it, watch the sea creatures and then think of catching a wave, it will improve your performance. Chill and go with the rhythm.
