We are going to celebrate the day at our local Pub, The Crescent Head Tavern, where we will be showing a preview of "Parallel" and will also be coordinating giveaways, art lessons, raffles and much much more.
You guessed it.....this is the time where you show a preview and find a back room in the pub to hide and suck your thumb in sheer terror!! Will it be ok or not?? Oh well.......whats that saying? Its all about the journey....man....not the destination.
Actually, its blood sweat and tears, not to mention a mind expansion without drugs. We sure hope we get some money back on this.
A surf/travel film is a delight to produce mainly because you can mix up the intense surfing with intense culture and scenery. To us at 6Ps surfing is a delight, a gift. But so are the adventures and experiences that are encountered along the way. We believe this film delivers on this feeling.
On an entirely different subject
6Ps has always given an opinion on those things that stir unfair or unjust events in the world. Deceit and lies are a politicians main claim to fame. For that reason, from time to time we sense a time to say something.
Our stance on American "rights to rule the world" or "The police of the world" is one that grates us to the core. Just go away and fix your problems. For once look at what causes you so much international pain and condemnation, look inward not outward.
Ordinary citizens are now suffering as a result of the ruthless insistence on everyone being Americanised. Ordinary American citizens, ordinary citizens of every country are suffering. They suffer with the usual political apologies and collateral damage statements.
The recent events from extremists and the total barbaric execution of ordinary people, not soldiers, but ordinary people are enough to pull back and shut up. Extremists are a direct "contra" for a powerful country. They will be fed by more world dominance, not less. If you feed them with a reason they will deliver more filth and human collateral.
So....stop, just stop.
If the media stop reporting and everyone goes home, then maybe, just maybe there will be no fuel for the fire.
