Parallel

6Ps has always been a site for fun surf orientated news and opinions. However, our original intent was to bring you news on our film making exploits and new releases.
We did our first publically released surf film in March 2013 called "13" and a film on The Crescent Head CLassic in June 2013.

"13" was well received and we enjoyed the journey of filming and editing this movie. We also learned about better equipment and better processes which we have since been bought and learned.

Of course from our point of view the travelling and surfing needed to create a decent movie is an enjoyable experience. We have travelled to remote locations and experienced all sorts of ups and downs in getting our footage, We have also employed high quality surf video personnel to film in places we couldn't get to in time for the swell.

This brings us to where we are now. We are about two thirds of the way through our editing process of almost 18 months of film.

Our new release is called "parallel" and we will be releasing a trailer very soon,

We are excited about this movie which brings cultures and surf together. Two cultures and two different parts of the world. Huge slabs of ugly monsters being ridden with guts and glory and fun surf being ridden with style and grace,

People doing what they do in their parts of the world, enjoying the music and relaxing with each other.

We are bringing you a surf movie and a travel documentary at a pace that suits the mood of the people and the places.

We look forward to you seeing this movie and feeling the mood we have captured.
